Shadow Dancer
There was an air of excitement on that day in early Fall as people gathered on the grassy plain at the edge of the forest, whose leaves were turning brilliant shades of orange, yellow, and red as bright as the colors of a sunset, but the people gathered there had no eyes for the trees. Their eyes were fastened on a line of riders. Five of these riders sat astride mighty griffons, with strong curved beaks, powerful wings, and graceful feline forms, their hue ranged from gold to brown.
